Cancellation policy
Our main aim is to provide Sainik School Entrance exam preparation course material. We believe in satisfying our customers. Hence, we have a liberal policy of cancellation.
- Cancellation of the order is considered if the request is done within 12 hours of the order. The cancellation request will not be valid if the order has been delivered or the process of shipping has been started.
- The cancellation request is not valid for the products that the Marketing team has provided special discounts on but is not limited to special occasions such as Diwali, Holi, Valentine’s Day, or specific exams. These events are for a limited time; hence the cancellations are not possible.
- If you have received damaged study material such as CD, pen drive, DVDs, digital tablet then report to customer care. The solution will be provided once the merchant has checked the same. This kind of request must be reported within 5 days of delivery of study material.
- If you think that the received product is not the same as shown on the website then bring this to notice of the customer care department. This kind of case must be reported within 24 hours of receiving of material. We will look into your complaint and provide the best solution.
Refund policy
We don’t have any refund policy. The refund is only valid if you have made the payment two times for a specific product.
